Mr. Waqas Noor joined IPL in 2011 after having worked in leading telecom companies for over six years. He completed his degree in Computer Sciences from University of Management & Technology Lahore and has also received various certifications from PIQC including ISO 9001 Implementation, Documentation & Control. During his tenure at IPL, he was awarded “Manager of the Year” for 2014, 2015 and 2018; and was also awarded “Employee of the Year” in 2019. He is now leading the Countrywide Operations, VAS Support & Field Engineering Team in his current role as General Manager – Regional Services.
