Mr. Waqas Halim joined IPL in 2012 after completing his BSC in Electrical Engineering from The University of Lahore; and completed his MBA from The University of Punjab in 2016. During his tenure at IPL, he has served under various functions including Quality Assurance, Services and Monitoring & Reporting. Currently he is looking after critical functions i.e inventory management, Service Level Agreement life cycle & compliance, internal KPI’s monitoring including Services budgetary control. He was awarded “Employee of the Year” for 2015 and 2017; and was also awarded “Manager of the Year” in 2019. He is now leading the Central Services as Senior Manager.
