To complement its self-service banking solutions, Innovative offers Giesecke + Devrient’s world class Note Processing Systems for our clients. These systems provide banknote counting, sorting, identification and authentication, and fitness checking capabilities.
Banknote processing systems can be easily incorporated into end-to-end solutions, to include software for processing, packing and – in the case of central banks and banknote printers – destroying banknotes.
These products and solutions enable highly efficient processes when counting, authenticating, sorting, packing, and shredding banknotes. The G&D note sorting machines optimize your work processes, reduces costs, comes with a one year warranty and enhances the productivity of banknote processing in a number of ways:
Broad application range; exceptional versatility
High throughput; low processing costs
High availability; designed for endurance
Intelligent system; intuitive operation
The BPS C4 is a modular and scalable system that can easily be adapted to suit any substrate or process – from paper to polymer, from freshly printed to heavily soiled, from banknotes to casino tickets. Boasting high flexibility, the BPS C4 can be configured with up to 20 output compartments of differing capacities. In a single run, the banknotes are counted, identified, and authenticated, as well as sorted according to denomination, series, orientation, and fitness for circulation. Faced with altered requirements, cash centers can adapt quickly and easily thanks to flexible upgrades.
The Numeron processes a wide range of banknote qualities and substrates (paper, hybrid, polymer) with consistently high quality and efficiency. Its robustness and resultant service life are unmatched, even at speeds of up to 1,200 banknotes per minute – the fastest processing time in its class. The patented opening concept allows unrivalled ease of cleaning, maintenance, and dust removal.
