Our Account Advocacy Team are trained in cross-functional roles and empowered to provide a platform between you and the Company in all areas of the business. The role of Account Advocacy in Innovative is defined in three-fold:

Innovative AdvantageTo be the main contact for the handling your question or problem, and to keep you updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving the issue.
Innovative AdvantageTo facilitate a resolution by bringing together the appropriate department heads with in the organization.
Innovative AdvantageTo implement a procedure that ensures the problem does not occur again, or recommends products or services to better meet your needs.
