| Amir Wain founded Innovative Private Limited in 1987 as a turnkey solution provider. Under his leadership Innovative has grown into an award-winning 250+ employee organization that caters to a satisfied and growing worldwide customer base. |

| Propelled by the success of Innovative and new market opportunities, Amir founded i2c Inc. in 2000. In 2003 i2c launched MCP, an innovative stored value card management platform. i2c product portfolio today includes Stored Value Card Processing, Point of Sale Activation (POSA) and Settlement Service solutions. |

| Naveed Ali Baig COO, Country Head Banking Division |
| Naveed established Innovative’s Karachi operations in early 90s which then quickly became the engine of growth for the company. Naveed in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer manages the operations in Pakistan. Naveed has been instrumental in successfully launching and establishing APC and Wincor Nixdorf as leading brands in Pakistan in their categories. |

| Arshad started his career with Innovative in 1990 after returning from UK as a young and bright accountant looking for a place where he could make a difference. Arshad has played a key role in managing growth and has contributed in areas such as supply chain management besides core finance and accounting functions. |

| Khalid brings 25 years of distinguished career at Fortune 500, Big 4 Consulting, and Small to mid-sized corporations in Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, and Business Service industries. His focused area of interest is Organizational Strategic Planning and he believes that Customer Feedback should be a constituent in the determination of organizational Vision and Mission. Khalid started his career in Pakistan at BOC Gases as a Systems Analyst and left for Australia after 7 years. He worked for Schneider Electric in Sydney for 3 years before spending next 15 years in the United States as Project Manager, Director, VP Customer Services, and CIO. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University, Karachi and MBA from University of Hartford, Connecticut." |
