Amir Wain founded Innovative Private Limited in 1987 as a turnkey solution provider. Under his leadership Innovative has grown into an award-winning 250+ employee organization that caters to a satisfied and growing worldwide customer base.
Propelled by the success of Innovative and new market opportunities, Amir founded i2c Inc. in 2000. In 2003 i2c launched MCP, an innovative stored value card management platform. i2c product portfolio today includes Stored Value Card Processing, Point of Sale Activation (POSA) and Settlement Service solutions. Amir is based in Silicon Valley and is a frequent speaker at leading electronic transaction processing and payments conferences.

Naveed Ali Baig, CEO
Naveed established Innovative’s Karachi operations in early 90s which then quickly became the engine of growth for the company. Naveed in his capacity as Chief Executive provides leadership to the company. Previously, Naveed has been instrumental in successfully launching and establishing APC and Wincor Nixdorf as leading brands in Pakistan in their categories.
Prior to joining Innovative, Naveed has worked for Ferguson Associates (partner of the then Price Waterhouse), Gallup International and Hamdard University.

Arshad Iqbal - Vice President Finance & Accounts
Arshad started his career with Innovative in 1990 as young and bright accountant looking for a place where he could make a difference . Arshad has played a key role in managing growth . He contributed in areas such as supply chain management beside his core Finance and accounting functions. He is part of the Executive management team and actively involved in establishing and evolving processed to keep up with the phenomenal growth Innovative is experiencing.

Khalid Ahmad Khan, Vice President Client services
Khalid brings 25 years of distinguished career at Fortune 500, Big 4 Consulting, and Small to mid-sized corporations in Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, and Business Service industries. His focused area of interest is Organizational Strategic Planning and he believes that Customer Feedback should be a constituent in the determination of organizational Vision and Mission. Khalid started his career in Pakistan at BOC Gases as a Systems Analyst and left for Australia after 7 years. He worked for Schneider Electric in Sydney for 3 years before spending next 15 years in the United States as Project Manager, Director, VP Customer Services, and CIO. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University, Karachi and MBA from University of Hartford, Connecticut.

Mansoor Ahmed Jilani, Vice President, Account Advocate Group
Mansoor Ahmed Jilani is a seasoned professional having a proven track record in Client advocacy in his 27 years of professional career. His client-centric approach has won many a laurels for him in the advertising and media industry. He has to his credit a rich experience of over 15 years in senior management positions as Head of Marketing and PR as well as Executive Director with leading organizations. Before joining Innovative Pvt Limited, he was working as Business Lead (North) in HRS Global.

Rizwan Ahmad, Director Administration
Rizwan is extremely client centric and in his diverse 30 years experience. He has worked in senior positions in Administration, MIS, HR, Operations and Services areas. His fabulous interpersonal skills and Engineering construction companies experience drives the commitment to improve upon the facilities and services for internal clients. His exposure to ISO 9001 during his previous jobs with DESCON & Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd helps him to put people and processes in place to deliver quality administrative services. He has worked for many renowned Organizations such as Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila, DESCON Engineering, Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Limited and Beaconhouse Informatics (Pvt) Limited.

Muhammad Iqbal Malik, Director Training & Development
Iqbal has more than 11 years of diverse experience in Information Technology (IT), Human Resource and Training. He is currently serving as Director Training & Development. Before joining i2c, he worked in lead roles in Software Development, Project Management and Human Resource at Descon IT (Pvt) Ltd. He holds an M.A. (Human Resource Management) from the Institute of Punjab University, Lahore.

Toima Asghar, Assistant Director (Human Resources)
Toima provides leadership to the HR team responsible for developing and implementing organization-wide HR strategies. She has 13 years of diverse Human Resource experience in core HR functions, such as, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Budgeting, and Recruitment & Selection.
As National Recruitment Manager at Metro Cash & Carry, Toima played a key role in recruitment and selection of over a thousand staff members. At Wi-tribe Pakistan, in her capacity as Lead HR Operations, she was responsible for all departmental functions and oversaw the development and implementation of HR solutions. Toima holds an MBA (Marketing) from Institute of Management Sciences.

Ghazal Younus, General Manager (Banking Division)
Ghazal Younus is heading Banking Solutions Division as General Manager Sales. She possesses around 09 years of overall professional experience mostly in top ranking advertising concerns namely Leo Burnett Pakistan & J Walter Thompson. She has managed high-value business accounts and leveraged her leadership skills to successfully promote new products and launch effective marketing campaigns. She holds an MBA degree from Hamdard University.

Zafar Ahmad Khan, General Manager
Zafar Ahmad Khan heads the Power and Data Center Division in his capacity as General Manager. He is a committed professional with more than 23 years of significant experience in direct sales and sales management positions in organizations of national and international repute. He has very successfully led the operations in North region based out of Islamabad and established a strong base for Innovative through his enterprising role.

His performance has earned him several top awards in the Company. Zafar has been involved in building and managing teams in his career. He is graduated from Punjab University.
