| Amir W. Wain Founder, CEO |
Amir Wain founded Innovative Private Limited in 1987 as a turnkey solution provider. Under his leadership Innovative has grown into an award-winning 250+ employee organization that caters to a satisfied and growing worldwide customer base.
Propelled by the success of Innovative and new market opportunities, Amir founded i2c Inc. in 2000. In 2003 i2c launched MCP, an innovative stored value card management platform. i2c product portfolio today includes Stored Value Card Processing, Point of Sale Activation (POSA) and Settlement Service solutions.
Amir is based in Silicon Valley and is a frequent speaker at leading electronic transaction processing and payments conferences |

| Naveed Ali Baig COO, Country Head Banking Division |
Naveed established Innovative’s Karachi operations in early 90s which then quickly became the engine of growth for the company. Naveed in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer manages the operations in Pakistan. Naveed has been instrumental in successfully launching and establishing APC and Wincor Nixdorf as leading brands in Pakistan in their categories.
Prior to joining Innovative, Naveed has worked for Ferguson Associates (partner of the then Price Waterhouse), Gallup International and Hamdard University. |

| Arshad Iqbal, Chief Financial Officer |
Arshad started his career with Innovative in 1990 after returning from UK as a young and bright accountant looking for a place where he could make a difference. Arshad has played a key role in managing growth and has contributed in areas such as supply chain management besides core finance and accounting functions.

| Rizwan is extremely client centric and in his diverse 30 years experience has worked in positions on both sides of client services. His experiences as a client drives the commitment to client services and his experience managing clients helps him put people and processes in place to deliver quality customer service.
He started his career as Computer Programmer in 1978 and has worked for many renowned Organizations such as Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila, Descon Engineering Works Lahore, Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Limited, and Beaconhouse Informatics (Pvt) Limited. |
